Who will be the number 1 team
in America in 2011? It could be ÂTennessee, LSU, Notre Dame or Purdue—or your
hometown team.Whoever it is, you will not want to miss the excitement and fun
of being right there in the middle of the action with other RVing Women members
to enjoy this great NCAA Women’s Basketball Final 4.
Our four-day rally will be
held in Danville, Indiana, 30 minutes west of downtown Indianapolis at the
Danville 4-H Fairgrounds and Conference Complex. We will have the main
boulevard through the middle of the grounds lined up with our rigs. All sites
will have full amenities. The conference room will be the site for our group
activities and big party on Saturday night.
The following is our tentative
agenda.
Saturday: Arrival and NCAA
party on grounds.
Sunday: Two sectional games
held at Lucas Oil Stadium, home to the Indianapolis Colts.
Monday: Visits to NCAA Hall
of Champions, Bracket Town (interactive activities, exhibitions, autograph
sessions) and NCAA store, Battle of the Bands, concerts and more.

Camping fees: All campsites
have water, sewer and electric for $20/night, payable in cash or check only to
the campground upon arrival. Directions to the Danville 4-H Fairgrounds and
Conference Complex can be found at www.4hcomplex.org. You do not need to make
reservations with the campground; we are holding spots for you.
Motel options: The nearest
motels are approximately 15 minutes to the east in Avon, Indiana. The 2010 rate
quoted for the Super 8 in Avon is $64 to $69/night, double. They are scheduled
to become Comfort Inn this spring. You may contact them at (317) 272-8789 or

Registration fee: The fee
for this event is $60 for RVW members. Include your RVW membership number on
your registration form. The fee for non-members is $80. The registration
deadline is January 1, 2011.
NCAA ticket fees: You will
need to send $175 cashier’s check/money order payable to Tammy Haley by ÂJanuary 1,

Silent Valley Resort. This is a private RV resort at Poppet Flats located in the San Jacinto Mountains at an elevation of 3,500 feet. With 460 acres of oak and cottonwood trees, the area is perfect for hiking, biking and birding. Cell phone access, on-site TV and WiFi is very limited.
The resort offers many amenities, including the Village Center, Chuck Wagon Restaurant, Watering Hole Lounge, a general store, laundry, recreation rooms, an arts and crafts center, pool tables, miniature golf, basketball and volleyball courts, four tennis courts, horseshoes, two swimming pools and two saunas and hot tubs. An outlet mall and 10 casinos are nearby.
Campsite fees will be available early in 2011.
